This evening was full of many surprises. For both Giant and all of the guests. This is how it went down…
Planning Giant’s surprise party didn’t take much work at all. It was getting him to the party that was the biggest challenge this evening. I enlisted the help of his best friend Chris to get him out of the house so I can let all of our guest into our place. At the last minute, Chris and Giant decided to head over to our friends Chaitut’s restaurant, Thai Bowl, for dinner. Little did we all know at the time, Chaitut had a “mini” party of his own for the Giant. So with that said, Giant ended up showing up at our condo an hour later than planned.
Right before Giant’s arrival, we removed all of the guests shoes and hid them all in our bathroom. Little did we know that the first room Giant was going to walk straight into when he got home was THE BATHROOM! So needless to say, the surprise was ruined. I screamed bloody murder when I saw him walking into the bathroom. Hahahaha! Well…he was still surprised by the party. I thought he may have had a clue about the party but I pulled it off. He absolutely LOVED the custom made cake that was hand delivered from the owner herself, Naomi Levine from Tipsy Cake. It was made into a Mini Cooper (that’s what we drive) also knowned as the Red Baron to us. Even the license plate read, “Giant”. I love, love, love the details to was spent on this cake. Naomi didn’t missed a beat when it came to creating this cake. Thanks love!
Thanks everyone for making this day happened. Thanks Chris Lima for getting Giant out of the house! You’re awesome! Yes, I really just said that!
