I shot this wedding less than a week ago. Those that are from Chicago, if you remember, the weather precipitation for this past Saturday was 90% chance of rain. 90%!!! The moment we all met at Carnivale early in the afternoon for pictures, the rain stop. And it stayed that way for the next 8 hours!!! It went from 90% chance of rain to a partly sunny fall day!! We couldn’t believe how Mother Nature spared us on this day! We started off this day at Carnivale for a quick photo session, Kinzie Street bridge, and up north to Wilmette beach. We ended our session at the Baha’i Temple where Justine and Will, both Baha’is, had their wedding ceremony. It was a short, sweet, and yet emotional ceremony. I just love short ceremonies like these. Not because it’s short but because it’s long enough for me to remember and take in the entire ceremony without my mind drifting elsewhere (Ms. ADD here). 🙂
Thanks so much Justine and Will for including me and Giant on this special day of yours. We had a BLAST!!! Good luck to you both in DC! Hope to see you both back here in Chicago soon!
Fall Wedding Picture in Chicago
This is probably one of my most favorite bridal party picture. I just LOVE the way the colors POP in this photo!
My favorite shot of the day. We were driving by this location on the way to the Baha’i temple and I asked to stop here for 2 minutes. I’m so, so glad we did!
Wow, I love it! I didn’t know Justine was getting married, this is soo cool. Great work as always Sis!
