Five days before Shannon and John’s wedding, I met up with Shannon and John for lunch. This is my first time meeting John. We chatted like we’ve known each other for years. Conversation was flowing very easily and they were both glowing and super affectionate towards each other. I casually asked them where were they honeymooning and Shannon said Tortola. Funny thing was that I just got back from Tortola three days before that! So I then asked them where were they staying. Turns out, they’re staying at the same villa me and Giant stayed at while we were there. The Frenchmans! How funny is that? People has barely heard of the British Virgin Island of Tortola and now my bride and groom are going to honeymooning there! We all couldn’t stop laughing at this discovery.
Shannon and John had set aside a good amount of time after the ceremony for their portrait session (almost three hours). You know how much I love and appreciate my couples for doing this. It gave us time to hit four different spots throughout the city and we still had plenty of time for them to get back to the hotel to enjoy cocktail hour with their guests.
How many pairs of hands do you see here helping Shannon into her dress?
One of the officers whipped Shannon on the cheeks as she was walking away. It was hysterical!
What a good looking couple these two are. They seriously can’t take a bad picture!!
