I had the privilege of shooting both Anna and Vivek’s wedding a few weeks ago. I actually met Anna for the first time a week before the wedding and Vivek the day of. After my first meeting with Anna and getting to know her this past year, I just knew that working with these two would be so much fun. One the day of the wedding, as we’re driving to meet Anna and V, it started to pour cats and dogs outside. Anna called expressing her concern with the weather and wanted to change venue for their portrait session. I’m glad I was able to ease Anna’s concern and went ahead with the original plan because shooting their portrait session at the Aloft Hotel was so much fun. Not only did that hotel provided a ton of photo opportunities for me as a photographer but both Anna and V were really happy with the venue because it gave them both the look they were going for for their portrait session.
I love this idea with the thumb prints!! I’ve never seen this before!
My favorite part of shooting an Indian wedding, the Baraat.
Thanks Anna and V for having us and allowing us to document such a big part of your day. You both are so perfect for each other and I know you two will have a lifetime of joy and laughter. Love you two! Can’t wait to see you both this weekend for our shoot!!! We get to crash another hotel together. LOL!!!
