Destined for Love: Nisha and Sachin’s Cancun Wedding!

 

Have you ever been to Mexico? If you haven’t… you must! Land of spectacular all-inclusive resorts, turquoise water, and super smooth sand… I could have spent all day dragging Nisha and Sachin around the fabulous Azul Sensatori, but they might have literally melted like a Mexican mango popsicle, it was that hot.

You’d never know what a scorcher it was from these photos of their wedding day–Nisha and Sachin totally rocked it! They endured the heat, they looked stunning in their traditional ethnic outfits, and they truly had the time of their lives tying the knot in Cancun! Here are some shots of the behind-the-scenes.

About 50 of the couple’s closest family and friends made the trek to Mexico. The thing I love most about destination weddings (besides the fact that it satisfies my wanderlust) is that the guests who have traveled all that way are usually a super tight group. It’s practically guaranteed to be colorful, purely joyful, and FUN!

Throw into the mix some of the cutest, little ring bearers and flower girls around. Every time I asked them to say for the camera, “I love Nisha!” they screamed it out at the top of their lungs. I guess they love her.

Nisha’s hot pink dress is like next-level amazing and seriously caliente, don’t you agree?

And cue the dance party. Nisha was so serious about throwing an awesome party for her guests that she flew in a DJ she had her sight set on–she saw him at a wedding from Dallas!!!

I’ve shot five destination weddings–Cozumel, Bahamas, Tortola, St. Thomas, and now, thanks to Nisha and Sachin, Cancun! Europe, anyone?
