I blogged a sneak peek of Baby Jordan’s newborn pics a few weeks ago. Finally got around to editing this precious session. I guess me being preggers means me becoming obsessed with shooting these newborn sessions! I can’t get enough of these babies. During this session, I had some white noise playing in the background to help put Jordan to sleep after his feeding. He didn’t fall asleep right away. The person that did fall asleep was Jordan’s dad Trey! I was on the computer for a few minutes while we were waiting for Jordan to fall asleep and I turn around and saw Trey sleeping and softly snoring. It was hysterical!! I guess white noise doesn’t just work for babies. Lol!! Thanks Jean and Trey for allowing me the honor to photograph your precious gift. He was so patient as he let me gently pose him. He was a good influence to Little G because he barely cried. What an angel! LOVE!!!
Thanks Shannon and John for allowing us to be apart of your big day. Here’s a sneak peek of your pictures for you to enjoy while you’re on your honeymoon! Can’t wait to show you more when we get back from Italy!

You will probably remember Trisha and Andy’s fun e-session from last fall. We had such a fun time! I was so looking forward to their wedding. Their wedding was filled with so many wonderful moments. Including a very emotional ceremony. I hope you can feel the love these two have for each other through these images. It was so easy documenting their love for each other.
Trisha and Andy got ready at the Westin in Lombard where the reception was also held.
Love Trisha’s dress by Watters and Watters.
I love this shot of Trisha. Simple and classy.
I thought this was the cutest thing when I turned the corner to see this cutie patootie applying her own wedding day make-up. I was told she looks up YouTube videos on how to apply make-up. So CUTE!!
Their first look. About 99% of my clients choose to see each other before the ceremony. Such an intimate way for a bride and groom to see each other before the madness of wedding day begins.
Their ceremony was held in the gardens of the Wilder Park Conservatory.
We walked inside the office of the conservatory to cool off from the heat. As soon as we walked in, I saw this window and took advantage of it right away.
I love it when a groom gets emotional. The sweetest thing ever!
We tried the jumping shot during their e-session and it didn’t turned out too well. We thought we try it again and this time, success!!!
Thanks so much Trisha and Andy for having us. Thank you both more for allocating a good amount of time for your wedding photography! I think it was worth it!
