I’ve been MIA here for a bit. Being so sick will do it to you. Thankfully I’m well and I’m back! We shot this engagement session in two days. On our first attempt, it was sooooooo WINDY and COLD!! We seriously had every weather you can imagine on this day. Rain, sun, clouds, and wind. Basically everything except snow. For the locations that Sanaz and Mohammad wanted to shoot, it was just impossible for us to keep shooting with the wind so we called it a day and picked another day. One the second attempt for this e-session, there was a soccer game going on at Soldier Field so traffic getting there was impossible for everyone. Lol! Thankfully we all got there in one piece. Sanaz and Mohammad wanted their engagement pictures taken by the Shedd Aquarium is because that was where Mohammad proposed.  He flew across the country just to come home and down on his knees and asked Sanaz for her hand in marriage.  Sanaz is so passionate, I could only imagine the bucket of tears that was shed that day at the Shedd.  Get it?  Lol!!!!  Sorry, I had to throw that in.  Hehe.  Sanaz and Mohammad are by far the cutest couple I’ve photographed thus far. They are absolutely ADORABLE together. Throughout their sessions, I can’t help comment on how they were both glowing.  You can totally see the sparkle in Sanaz’s eyes.  She couldn’t stop smiling from ear to ear.  Mohammad couldn’t keep his puppy eyes off of her.  Thanks Sanaz and Mohammad for two days of fun.  Can’t wait for your wedding in a few short months!

This is great stuff. Can’t wait to read some more from you.

Five years ago today I was dragged to an Akira fashion show by my best friend (the other love of my life), Apple, and my girlfriend I-Hwa.  I was practically kicking and screaming the entire way there because I had other plans for that evening.  Little did I know God has plans of his own.  I was going to meet my husband there.  For those of you that knows me knows I’ve never met anyone that I felt would be “the one” nor have a met anyone that actually gave me butterflies.  The thought of settling down gave me hives!  I didn’t think you can change this leopard’s stripes.  When I met my Giant that evening, there was something different about him.  I even remember telling him that night there was something special about him.  We BOTH felt it.  Meeting him that night shook me to my core.  I actually get emotional thinking about it.  Anyway, I don’t want to bore you guys with the details.  Happy anniversary my love.  As cheesy as this sounds, I actually fell in love with you at first site.  Those things don’t just happens in Hollywood.  I’m happy that I got my own Hollywood ending.  As cliche as this sounds but we’re so HAPPY!!!!!!!!

This photo was taken the night we met.  My BFF saw something in us that night so she had to snap a pic!  I’m so glad she did.  This is a scanned photo that she gave to us framed.  I will always cherish this picture the most.

That is such a great love story. So beautiful. congrats on finding your true love. It makes me smile hearing stories like this as I’m a hopeless romantic. I’ve also found the man that still gives me butterflies. It’s a beautiful thing.

And speaking of Hollywood stories you guys are gorgeous!!

Awwww…thanks so much for the kind words! Lol. Speaking of Hollywood, Giant gets told A LOT he looks like Ben Affleck. I think it’s hysterical. Lol!!
